Data Deletion

How to delete your data from Sentra.

You can delete your data at any time using any of the methods below. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days and reply when done.

How to Delete

In-app (fastest)

Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete my account & data. This removes your account, all connected-channel content, voicemails, transcripts, leads, and conversations immediately.

Disconnect a single channel

Settings → Connected Channels → Disconnect. Immediately stops ingestion from that Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, or phone channel and deletes its stored content. Your account and other channels remain active.

By email request

Email bobby@bystudioai.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data." We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

What We May Retain

Minimal billing and tax records, retained only as long as required by law, then deleted. We do not retain message content or voicemails beyond the deletion request.

Meta / Facebook Data Deletion

If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account and want to remove Sentra's access to your Meta data specifically, you may also revoke access directly in your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Submitting a deletion request here covers all data Sentra holds, including any data received via Meta channels.
