Privacy Policy

Who this is for. Sentra is a business-coverage tool used by small-business owners ("you," "the owner"). It collects inbound customer messages (Instagram, Facebook, email) and missed-call voicemails into a single inbox so you never miss an inquiry. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, and your rights.

Solely to operate the service for you: display your inbox, detect unanswered inquiries and scheduling conflicts, send you alerts and sign-in links, and bill your subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' message content to train AI models.

3. Automated Processing & Human Access

Message content and voicemails are processed only by automated systems. Classification and transcription run on our own infrastructure — content does not leave Sentra. No Sentra employee, including the operator, has a path to read your message content or listen to your voicemails. Operator and admin access is limited to billing and usage metrics. Stored content is encrypted; emergency infrastructure access is logged and audited.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service:

We do not use any external AI provider to process your content.

5. SMS / Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and consent during onboarding, we send operational alerts (missed-call, unanswered-inquiry, double-booking) and one-time sign-in links by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect in-app alerts. We do not share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for marketing.

6. Call Recording Disclosure

When a call to your forwarded number is unanswered, the caller hears a notice that the voicemail is being recorded before recording begins. You are responsible for any additional consent obligations in your jurisdiction; we provide the disclosure greeting to support compliance.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and disconnect any channel at any time (which immediately stops ingestion). Submit requests via the Data Deletion page or by emailing bobby@bystudioai.com. We respond within the legally required window.

Sentra is not directed to anyone under 18.
